A healing item. It heals 30 HP in fights. Sold at a shop in the broken watchtower.

What it does
- Heals 30 HP (high quality: 45 HP). In a fight, your character eats automatically when HP falls to half of max HP or lower, smallest heal first. Some rebuilt places make you eat sooner. See Healing and defeat.
Where to buy it
Once the broken watchtower is rebuilt, its shop sells it for 120 coins. That is 4 times its sell price. No activity makes it: this shop is the only place to get it.
Story
Bread, salt meat and dried apple in a knotted cloth, packed the way the tower packs them for a night watch.
